  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Drop off your securely packaged electronics at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
